1. You should see a dialog box. If you don't, click here. If you choose the Run this program from its current location option, you can just follow the instructions to install Yahoo! Messenger. Note: it will probably take a few minutes to save and run this file.
   
2. If you chose to save the file instead, you need to find the file, ymsgrie.exe, that you just saved on your desktop. If you don't see ymsgrie.exe, you may see ymsgrie! instead. Double-click that file to begin the installation procedure.
   
   Can't find the file? Click the "Start" button, choose "find" and then "files or folders". In the dialog box, type ymsgr* in the "named" text area. Then choose the find now button. If the system finds the file type specified it will list it in a windows below the find dialog box. If you see the file ymsgrie or ymsgrie.exe then double click it and proceed to step 4. 3. The setup program will open a window and walk you through the easy installation process.
   
4. When the installation is finished, Yahoo! Messenger will automatically start and prompt you to log in. If you don't see Yahoo! Messenger running, click on the Start button and look for Yahoo! Messenger.
   
5. To login or change users, click on the Login -- Change User / Login button.
