3. A discount or value added offer for the client on the products and services purchased from a link off the 4smallbusiness.com web site.
   
4. 100 complimentary offers for products/services to be promoted to clients each month.
   
   
5. Integration of [partner]'s products/services into a template provided by 4smallbusiness, which is served by [partner].
   
6. A monthly invoice to 4smallbusiness for the services that have been purchased on behalf of the members through the portals.
   
   
7. Articles for the Interactive Business Centers providing information on what specific forms should be implemented to improve efficiency for a small business.
   
   
8. 100 - 81/2 x 41/4" promotional offer brochures to be postal mailed in a welcoming package for the first 100 new 4smallbusiness subscribers each month.
   
   
9. 4smallbusiness logo and company description on partners page.
   
10. Press release announcement of partnership with 4smallbusiness.com
